These terms keep Marble Roulette useful, safe, and clear for classrooms, teams, events, and anyone running a name draw.

Using the service

Marble Roulette is a free browser tool for running visual name selections. You may use it for personal, educational, community, or commercial events as long as your use follows applicable law and these terms.

Your names and content

You are responsible for the names and other text you enter. Only enter information you have permission to use. You must not use the service to publish unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or highly sensitive content.

How results work

The game assigns entered names to marbles and simulates a physics-inspired course. The selected finishing rank is used as the displayed result. A race is designed for entertainment and transparent group participation; it is not a certified random drawing, lottery, gambling service, or guarantee of an externally verifiable outcome.

Availability and changes

We may change, pause, or remove features, maps, translations, or hosting without notice. The site is provided on an “as available” basis. Browser support, device performance, extensions, network conditions, and third-party services can affect how the game behaves.

Third-party services

Marble Roulette may rely on Cloudflare for hosting and delivery and Google Analytics for optional measurement. Those services are operated by their respective providers and are governed by their own terms.

Intellectual property

The Marble Roulette source code is available under the MIT License unless a file states otherwise. Site branding, artwork, copy, and other assets may have separate rights. Do not imply that your use or fork is an official Marble Roulette release.

Disclaimers and responsibility

To the extent permitted by law, Marble Roulette and its contributors are not responsible for losses, disputes, missed deadlines, or decisions based on a race result. Organizers should verify important outcomes independently and follow the rules that apply to their event.
